All retainers and project fees are invoiced via Bill.com and payable by ACH or electronic payment only. Late payments may affect delivery timelines.

Our materials, tools, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Quantum A&M Solutions. No unauthorized use or distribution is allowed.

4. Limitation of Liability
While we offer expert advice, final decisions lie with the client. We’re not liable for indirect damages or business outcomes based on implementation.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
